Once a student has registered for classes and tuition installment payment agreement is submitted for the class year, it is final. We are a tuition based school for sewing and work with parents for submiting tuition as much as possible. Once your sewer has been registered that seat in class is full. We are unable to fill that seat after September of registration year, therefore if sewer leaves the class you as parent are still liable for fees and tuition.
We have a strict no cancellations and no transfers policy within a week leading up to a camp or workshop. ( excluding skill classes), If canceling prior to the week of you will be issued a full refund of any fees paid toward said activity, excluding the registration fee.
In the event of low enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel a class or camp at any time. If a class or camp is cancelled, enrolled students will be notified at least 48 hours prior to the start of class and will receive a full refund.
